This is a static archive / capture of the great healthystrokes.com, which finally, sadly, went offline in 2024 after 21 years of being up. The site helped me a lot when I was younger, so I have decided to try archive it under a different domain to preserve it (this sort of advice is very niche and this site is a valuable resource for those struggling with it). If the original owner wishes me to take it down, please do email me at chuckywaii@proton.me.
